Register a CA firm
Open Register your firm from sign-in. Enter accurate firm/owner identity and work contact details, accept the displayed terms and fix field validation. Submit once, complete email verification and sign in to the newly created workspace. Configure firm statutory/security/team data before client work. Never create duplicate firms to recover an existing workspace; use Support.
Complete two-factor authentication
At setup/challenge, use an approved authenticator and scan/enter the secret privately. Enter the current code; securely store one-time recovery codes outside the product. On a required/grace state, finish setup before the deadline. For failures, correct device time and retry the next code; use a recovery path without sending QR secret/code/recovery code to anyone.
