Before you begin
Use the client portal address provided by the firm and sign in to the correct client workspace. Confirm the engagement, request, document, or report before acting. Keep access to your verified email and authenticator when requested. Do not upload credentials, OTPs, or unrelated personal information.
Expected result
The invited individual accesses only the correct tenant/client, completes preferences and can find authorised client-facing work without seeing firm-internal information.
