Manage your profile and security

Open your profile
Open the profile menu in the header and choose Your profile, or navigate to /profile in your firm workspace.
The profile page contains:
a profile card with your photo, name, role, verification state, contact summary, qualifications, and profile-completeness indicator; Personal information; Professional details; Security; and Two-factor authentication.
Change your photo
Click Change photo on the profile image. Select a PNG, JPG/JPEG, or WebP image. Wait for Avatar updated and confirm the new image appears.
Use a professional image approved by your firm. Check that the file does not contain hidden or unrelated personal material.
Edit personal information
In Personal information, click Edit. Enter your Full name. Review the read-only Email. Contact support through your firm if the account email must be changed. Enter your Phone number and Designation, if applicable. Click Save.
Expected result: Profile updated appears and the saved values replace Not set.
Edit professional details
In Professional details, click Edit. Enter your ICAI membership number. Enter your COP number, if applicable. Select your Qualifications from the available list. Click Save.
Expected result: Professional details updated appears. These credentials can be used on reports where your role and the report configuration make them applicable.
Review email verification
In Security → Email verification:
Verified means the registered email has been confirmed. If it is not verified, click Resend and use only the newest verification email.
Change your password
In Security → Password, click Change. Enter Current password. Enter New password. It must contain at least eight characters; use a longer unique password under your firm’s security policy. Enter the same value in Confirm new password. Click Update password.
Expected result: Password changed successfully appears. Do not include password fields in a screenshot or screen recording.
Set up two-factor authentication
Open Two-factor authentication. Start the setup flow. Scan the QR code with an approved authenticator app, or use the manual setup method if shown. Enter the current authenticator code in the secure verification field. Complete setup and confirm the enabled state.
Never copy the QR secret, authenticator code, or recovery material into AuditIQ, chat, email, a ticket, or documentation.
