Can we try it before we pay?
No free trial. Instead we give you a live demo: we show you IndiaAuditLens working on a sample company, from data import to the report, and answer your questions. Book a demo and we will set a time.
What counts as a client?
An active client of your firm, counted by PAN: one PAN is one client. Your plan goes by how many active clients you have. A client you no longer work for can be switched off: it stops counting at once, its records stay readable, and it can be switched back on after 90 days.
How many users can we add?
As many as you need. Every plan has unlimited users, and each colleague signs in with their own login. There is no limit on engagements either.
Are some features only in bigger plans?
No. Every plan has every feature. The plans differ only by the number of clients and the AI and credits included each month.
How does the AI each month work?
Each plan includes an amount of AI every month for AuditIQ, more in the bigger plans. Every plan also includes credits each month for GST returns and portal checks (one portal call uses one credit), more in the bigger plans. Both renew each month. Extra AI and credits can be bought in the app at published rates.
Can we pay monthly or yearly?
Either. Monthly is paid each month. Yearly costs twelve months less 15%, paid once for the year. There are no automatic charges: you renew in the app by paying for the next period. If you don't, your firm stops being live at the end of the period and your data is kept for 90 days.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. Moving up to a plan for more clients starts at once: you pay the difference for the days left in your current period. Moving down, or switching between monthly and yearly, starts at your next renewal. No refunds.

Do prices include GST?
We're completing our GST registration; until then no GST is charged. After it, GST at 18% is added and you'll get a GST invoice.
