How we look after your clients' data.

In place today
- Each firm's data kept separate: Clients, files and returns belong to one firm and are scoped to it in every screen and request.
- Roles the firm sets: Partners, managers and staff see and do only what their role allows, with per-person changes where needed.
- Filings approved before they go: Each filing has a review and approval step, and who approved it is recorded. A Partner approves their own work only if the firm's owner allows it, with a reason. A GST return cannot be filed twice by mistake.
- Key actions logged: Who did what, and when, is kept for critical actions, with version history for statements, working papers, documents and returns.
- We ask before we look: Our team can open a firm's data only after the firm grants access. The firm can refuse or withdraw it, and every grant is logged.
- Where each number came from: Imports, findings, calculations and filing attempts keep a record of their source.
- Sign-in only in the desktop app: Firm users sign in through the IndiaAuditLens app on Mac or Windows, not a web page.
- A paired, signed Tally Bridge: The Bridge is paired once, approved by the firm, signs every request, and can be switched off at any time.
Client data isn't used to train AI models
- AuditIQ reaches its AI providers through their APIs, and those providers do not train their models on data sent that way.
