Before you begin
Open the intended client and verify the legal name and entity type. Gather authoritative evidence before changing PAN, registrations, dates, or ownership details. Check whether a profile change will affect an active engagement or return. Use an authorised client-management role for edits.
Use the client dashboard
Open Clients and select the client. Review Active Engagements, Open Findings, Open Issues, and Data Freshness. Open an engagement from the engagement list or click Create Engagement when the acceptance and setup prerequisites are met. Review configured data sources.
