Add or edit a GSTIN
Open the client and choose GSTINs. Click Add GSTIN. Enter the 15-character GSTIN. Select the official State. Enter Trade Name and Registration Date, where available. Mark it primary only if it is the intended primary registration for the client. Click Add. Use the verification action to check provider/official status when available.
To correct a registration, click Edit, update the fields, and click Update. Verify filing frequency and other return-specific setup in the Returns workspace where shown.
Delete permanently removes the client GSTIN record and cannot be undone. Do not delete a registration that has return, reconciliation, filing, document, or history references without following the approved correction process.
Maintain TAN filing details
Open TAN filing details. If there is no active registration, add and activate the client’s TAN through the approved TAN registration flow. A legacy TAN shown on Overview is not treated as an active registration. Select the TAN registration. Under Check details for, select the statement form/context. Review the defaults supplied by Company details. Enter or override only the TAN-specific filing identity fields supported by the page, including statutory deductor/form/state and responsible-person details where applicable. Save.
Fields that are not overridden continue to use the client profile defaults. If Your unsaved draft was restored appears, review the restored values. If Saved details changed while you were away appears, compare the server values before saving; do not overwrite a newer authorized change.
Do not save while the registration is inactive or when the encrypted saved profile cannot be inspected. Resolve the stated configuration problem first.
Add or edit a bank account
Open Bank Accounts. Click Add Bank Account. choose Bank Name. Enter Branch, Account Number, and 11-character IFSC Code. Select Account Type. Mark the account primary only when appropriate. Click Add.
Use Edit → Update to correct an existing account. Delete is irreversible and may affect statement/reconciliation linkage; confirm the account, dependencies, and retention requirement.
Expected result
GSTINs show their state, trade name, primary/status, and verification context. TAN filing details load for the selected active registration and statement form. Bank Accounts lists the maintained account for statement and reconciliation use.
