Before you begin
Open the correct firm workspace and confirm your access to the operational area. Identify the authoritative source for the record or figure you are reviewing. Check the availability note before relying on an action or export. Keep the supporting firm, client, deadline, document, or approval evidence available.
Review live acceptance
Manager-or-above opens Quality → Client Acceptance. Review total/in-progress/submitted/approved/rejected/continuance-due counts. Inspect risk, progress and flags in the recent table. Click a row into the client's full persisted acceptance assessment. Work/review/approve it in that client workflow and return to verify the roll-up.
Use other quality areas only when they retain data
Quality Overview: do not report the displayed SQC 1 score as a firm KPI unless verified from real computed sources. Independence: Initiate/submit/review actions currently do not persist; use the firm's approved declaration system. EQCR: local rows/checklists/status do not constitute an EQCR record. Partner Rotation: local tenure/alerts do not constitute a rotation register.
Expected result
Persisted client acceptance is reviewed in its authoritative workflow, while non-persisted quality screens are clearly held out until live storage, permissions, audit history and reload tests pass.
