Before you begin
Open the correct firm workspace and confirm your access to the operational area. Identify the authoritative source for the record or figure you are reviewing. Check the availability note before relying on an action or export. Keep the supporting firm, client, deadline, document, or approval evidence available.
Find and organise documents
Open Documents and search by authorised name/client/tag; use All/Starred and filters. Click New Folder, name it and choose Root/parent. Move/rename/delete only with permission; confirm contents before deleting a non-empty folder. Click a document for PDF preview, metadata, notes/tags and version history; other formats require download.
Upload/version a document
Click Upload and stage supported PDF/Word/Excel/image files within the displayed size limit. Choose category or reviewed Auto-detect, client, engagement, folder, tags, visibility and expiry where offered. For a duplicate/replacement, choose the proper new-version path instead of creating an untraceable parallel document. Upload, verify metadata/permissions and inspect the stored file.
Monitor activity, expiry, completeness, and policies
Open Recent Activity for actor/action/time and navigate to the record. Open Expiry Alerts for expired/30-day items; renew/replace and preserve version history. Open Completeness for engagement/category gaps, then request/upload and refresh. No Checklist means no completeness basis exists. In Policies & SOPs, eligible owners maintain type/version/effective/published/archived state; users open the exact version and click Acknowledge only after reading it.

Expected result
Files are correctly scoped/versioned and accessible only to intended users; activity/expiry gaps are worked; completeness has a real checklist basis; and policy acknowledgements identify the version actually read.
