Review Reporting status
Open Review → Reporting. Review task progress, total/reportable findings, quantified impact and workpaper reviewed/pending counts. Scan progress by phase, findings breakdown and checklist progress. Open the source screens for incomplete/unsupported items; do not change an outcome solely to improve the percentage.
Generate and download the Audit Working Paper
Confirm the trial balance is imported/classified/mapped and tie-outs reviewed. Under Working Paper (Excel), click Generate Audit Working Paper (Excel) once. Wait for completion; use Refresh if the row remains Generating. Verify version, status, mapped/total accounts, Balanced state, author and generation time. If Balanced = No, open the workbook and resolve the source reconciliation rather than treating the workbook as final. Click Excel on a completed version and retain the reviewed artifact.
Download available reporting outputs
Review each Export Actions card and its eligibility message. Eligible managers/partners can download the Workpaper/peer-review ZIP once the engagement has reached the required status. For a tax-audit engagement, download the supported Form 3CD PDF/Excel output and review every clause. Generation/export does not constitute portal filing. Download Findings export and INDEX.pdf as needed. Inspect every file, preserve its version/source date and do not infer completeness from a successful download.
Assess engagement documentation readiness
This tab is available to manager/director/partner-level engagement users.
Open Review → Engagement Documentation Readiness. Read overall score and verdict: Ready, Needs Attention or Not Ready. Review all seven category cards and prioritise weak, heavily weighted areas. In Gaps Requiring Attention, work HIGH before MEDIUM and LOW. Open each source—tasks, workpapers, checklists, risk, materiality, letters or other mapped documentation—and complete/review it. Return and refresh/reopen to see the recalculated state.
The score uses product-defined denominators and weights. For example, an empty Workpapers category may score as having nothing unreviewed, and Risk may expect a minimum population. Interpret the underlying completed/total values and gaps, not only the headline percentage.
Expected result
Generated outputs are complete, balanced and reviewed; access/status gates are respected; the documentation-readiness score is traced to real source gaps; and no dashboard/export is used as a standalone completion conclusion.
