Configure firm information and statutory details
Firm settings supply the legal identity and statutory context reused across the workspace and generated outputs. Enter the registered values carefully and review downstream reports after a material change.

Open firm settings
Navigate to Settings → General → Firm.
The page shows a firm header, subscription state, Firm Information, and Statutory & Compliance.
Change the firm logo
Click the camera control on the firm logo. Select a PNG, JPG/JPEG, SVG, or WebP file. Wait for Logo updated. Review workspace, app branding, report branding, and client-facing outputs separately. A logo upload here does not replace every report-layout choice.
Edit firm information
In Firm Information, click Edit. Enter the registered Firm Name. Enter ICAI FRN, firm PAN, and firm GSTIN, where applicable. Complete Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, and Pincode. Complete Phone, Email, and Website. Click Save.
Expected result: Firm details updated appears and the saved values replace Not set.
Edit statutory and compliance information
In Statutory & Compliance, click Edit. Choose the firm’s Constitution: Proprietorship, Partnership, or LLP. Select Date of Establishment. Enter the Peer Review Certificate No. and Peer Review Validity, if applicable. Enter the professional-indemnity Insurance Policy No. and Insurance Validity, if applicable. Select each applicable Empanelment. Choose Financial Year Start Month. April is the default for the standard Indian financial year; change it only when the firm configuration genuinely requires another start month. Enter the two-digit GST State Code. Click Save.
Expected result: Statutory details updated appears.
Important notes
Do not copy a client PAN/GSTIN into the firm fields. After changing legal identity, FRN, address, signatory, or logo, preview representative report, letter, email, invoice, and portal outputs before relying on them. Changing the financial-year start month is a high-impact configuration decision. Confirm the intended downstream period handling first.
