Check source readiness
Complete and review the engagement sources you expect to present—financial statements, comparative analysis, risk/materiality, reconciliations, GST, going concern and findings. Open Audit Files → Initial Assessment Deck. Read Source readiness. Hover each Ready or Skip badge. If an important source says Skip, open that source, complete/save it, return and click Refresh. If data was reimported or repinned, treat existing decks as potentially stale and generate a new version after re-review.
Generate the deck or bundle
Click Generate Deck. Choose PPTX (Full deck only) for the main presentation, or Full bundle (Exec + Full + Appendix + PDF, ZIP) for all variants. Wait for completion and download the generated file. In Generated decks, verify version, status, generated time and available Full/Exec/PDF links. Open the files and review every number, label, chart, finding, forensic signal and narrative against current workpapers. Remove or rewrite client-inappropriate/internal/AI material and apply the firm's approval before external circulation.
The PDF may be unavailable even when the PPTX bundle succeeds. Download buttons appear only for formats produced for that version. Newly generated decks are drafts; do not infer a final approval from the existence of a file.
Re-download or supersede a version
Locate the exact version in Generated decks. Click Full, Exec or PDF. Confirm the version is still based on current data and conclusions. When a newer run supersedes it, preserve the old version under the firm's retention policy and clearly identify the approved circulation version.
Expected result
The expected source sections are included, skipped sources are understood, a new immutable/versioned output is retained, and the content has been human-reviewed and approved before presentation.
