Read the dashboard

Open CRM → Dashboard. Review Active Pipeline, Pipeline Value, Won This Month and Follow-ups Due. Inspect the stage funnel and 90-day conversion/monthly won-lost metrics. Work overdue follow-ups first, then upcoming items. Review Recent Activity and click View All for the full log. Use Refresh after creating/updating a lead if the independent dashboard panels have not updated.

Pipeline value is the sum of entered expected annual fees, not contracted revenue. Leads without a fee contribute zero.

Work the visual pipeline

Open CRM → Pipeline. Read each live-stage count and expected-fee total: New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent and Negotiation. Click the forward/back control on a card to move one adjacent stage; cards are not draggable. Click the card body to open lead detail. Use All Leads/detail to mark Won, Lost or Dormant, which removes it from the live board. Review the updated stage counts/value after every change.

CRM dashboard with pipeline KPIs, stage funnel, key metrics, follow-ups, and recent activity.

Expected result

Current prospects sit in the correct stages, fee values are understood as estimates, overdue follow-ups are visible and every stage change is reflected across the shared CRM.
