Configure application branding
This feature may require a white-label plan entitlement.
Navigate to Settings → Customization → App Branding. Under Logo & favicon, upload the approved assets. Under Brand colors, enter the approved colour values and check contrast in the preview. Under Login page, enter the Title and Subtitle and configure the available login-page visual options. Under Footer & support, enter Support email and Support URL, plus any available footer text/options. Review the live preview at normal and narrow widths. Click the save action and wait for Application branding saved.
Use Reset only to discard the unsaved form back to the provided defaults. Confirm whether any uploaded asset must be removed separately.
Configure report branding
Navigate to Settings → Customization → Report Branding. Upload the report logo/letterhead and choose its Position and Size. Enter the default Signing Place. Add each authorised signatory with Name, M. No., Role, and UDIN only when the UDIN has actually been generated and belongs to that report context. Upload the approved stamp, if used, and select its position. Enter Header Text and Footer Text. Configure primary/secondary colours, Font, Header Style, Table Style, margins, Page Numbering, and number position. If a watermark is required, enable it, enter the text, and set an appropriate…
Important controls
A profile membership/COP value is not a substitute for a report signatory configuration. Never reuse a UDIN across reports or show a synthetic UDIN in a real final report. “DRAFT” watermarking should be removed only when the report has completed its required review. Report-branding changes affect future generation; existing downloaded files do not update automatically.
