Prepare approved assets
Obtain the current brand standard and written approval for public/client-facing use. Prepare a transparent PNG or SVG application logo. Prepare a square PNG, ICO, or SVG favicon; the page recommends 32×32 or 64×64. If used, prepare a login background near the suggested 1920×1080 size without client or personal data. Record approved hex values and verify readable contrast. Confirm the firm-owned support email and HTTPS support URL.
Configure logo and colours
Navigate to Settings → Customization → App Branding. If White-label branding is gated, click View plans only when a plan review is authorised. Under Logo & favicon, upload Application logo and Browser favicon. Wait for the upload success message and verify each thumbnail. Under Brand colors, enter Primary color and Accent color as valid hex colours. Inspect buttons, links, highlights, tags, and text contrast in Live preview.
Uploading stores the asset; the complete branding configuration still needs to be saved.
Configure the login page and support details
Under Login page, enter Title (maximum 200 characters) and Subtitle (maximum 400). Upload the optional Background image. Under Footer & support, decide whether to enable Hide "Powered by IndiaAuditLens" under the firm's plan and attribution policy. Enter Support email and optional Support URL. Inspect Live preview. It intentionally reflects unsaved form changes. Click Save branding and wait for Application branding saved. Open the firm's login URL in a private window and test desktop and narrow layouts, favicon, contrast, support link, and authentication controls.
Reset or remove an asset
Remove clears that asset from the form; click Save branding to persist the change. Reset resets the current form to blank/default values. It is not merely an undo of the last field. Review the whole form before saving after Reset. If an upload is wrong, replace it with the approved asset and save rather than relying on browser cache.
Expected result
The saved tenant and public login experience show the approved firm identity, remain readable and accessible, and provide a working firm support route without exposing a client identity.
