India Audit Lens
Compare and change your subscription plan
Compare annual plan price, engagement capacity, features, and support before starting the confirmed subscription/payment flow. A role that can view plans does not automatically have the firm's purchasing authority.

Compare plans
Open Settings → General → Subscription and click Choose Plan, or open Choose Your Plan. Note the current-plan marker and any trial banner. For each plan, review annual price, engagement limit, feature list, client portal, monitoring, white-label branding, and support level shown. Confirm the firm's expected annual engagement count and any near-term onboarding. Verify tax/payment/approval implications outside AuditLens under the firm's purchase policy.
Treat the plan card as the current commercial offer shown to the firm; do not rely on an old manual screenshot for price or entitlement.
Start the subscription flow
Click the intended plan. In Subscribe to [plan], recheck plan name, annual price, and engagement capacity. Click Subscribe Now only after internal approval. If Razorpay checkout opens, verify merchant, amount, and currency before paying. Complete payment through the authorised payment method. Wait for payment verification and the success message. Return to Subscription & billing and verify plan, status, limits, and history.
In some authorised environments the backend may activate without an external checkout. The user manual does not guarantee that path; follow the confirmation presented to the firm.
If checkout is cancelled or verification fails
Do not repeatedly click Subscribe or make a second payment. Reopen Subscription and check whether the plan/status already changed. Check the payment provider result through the authorised finance owner. If money was debited but AuditLens reports verification failure, contact support with the secure payment reference—never a full card/account screenshot. Resume only after confirming whether the first transaction succeeded or failed.
Expected result
The intended plan is active, usage limits/entitlements reflect it, and the billing history/payment record can be reconciled by the authorised owner.
