GST›IGST Act, 2017›Section 2, definitions

Online information and database access or retrieval services depend on information-technology-mediated delivery over the internet or an electronic network and a nature that makes supply impossible without that technology. The definition includes the listed electronic services, from advertising and cloud services to digital storage. Its online-gaming limb expressly excludes online money gaming under the stated CGST definition.[1]
