Unsettled questions

The words of section 11 do not answer these questions. Where one decides a matter on the file, the answer depends on the position taken on it.

  1. Does the duty in CGST section 72(1) or UTGST section 11(1) arise of itself, or only when a proper officer asks for assistance?
  2. What does it take to assist the proper officers in the implementation of the identified Act under CGST section 72 or UTGST section 11?
