  • 163Where an order or document copy is provided on a person’s application, the prescribed fee must be paid.

A person applying for a copy of an order or document must pay the prescribed fee when the copy is to be provided. The section leaves the amount to prescription rather than specifying a sum itself. The relevant fee prescription therefore governs the copy application. The section came into force on 1 July 2017.[1]
